Fluent Forms, CRM and FluentBooking

Hi guys,

I have cutomer that want to make a booking site for renting ships he wants the following things:

1️⃣ Customer will make a booking

• They will select the dates and complete the reservation.
• They will pay a €75 per day deposit upfront.
• The total price will be €250 per day.

2️⃣ Customer will receive a booking confirmation

• Once the deposit is paid, the booking will be confirmed.

3️⃣ Customer will pay the remaining amount

• On the day of the booking, the remaining balance will be automatically charged in the morning.
• Alternatively, they will receive a payment link the night before to pay manually.

4️⃣ A security deposit will be held

• A €1000 security deposit will be held on the customer’s card on the morning of the booking day.

• This deposit must be refundable back to the same card.

• If the payment gateway supports it, the deposit will be rechargeable without requiring a new transaction.

  I want to use fluent forms and fluent booking for this setup but i am not sure if this setup will be enough for doing this task. Ofcourse i am ready to buy premium version of both plugins. The main difficult thing is scheduling payment and refunding the payment can this be done in this setup. I am open for other suggestions as well.
