What is the best theme to use fluent ecosystem ?also which site builder is best for it ?
Builders you can use for wordpress pages, FC is separate system which uses only small part of whole wordpress. Theme I use is Astra & Elementor, can be also Hello etc.
Great question. But there is no answer. Fcart doesnt work with fcom in terms of style. There is no perfect theme for any fluent product individually. And there is no theme for the ecosystem. They say everything works with everything, but its far away from truth. The best solution is build your own for your needs, unfortunately.
In regards to builder, greenshift or greenlight. If youre going to use elementor keep in mind its for anyone to do anything anyhow for anything anytime anywhere. I wouldnt use elementor if i'd get paid for it
I'm of the opinion that there is no such thing as "best" of anything. You find the tools that work the way you want to work. For several years, my choice was Kadence. Recent events and changes with their service and offers convinced me to dump them. Not because the tool was bad, but because the ownership was bad. Now I'm learning GeneratePress. It's a different system and can be rather tedious and confuring at first, but it offers a lot of power and control.
Is either best? No. The tool that works in a way that you're comfortable and can get the results you want is the best tool for you. The opinions of others are typically irrelevant. Grab the free version of a theme to see if you like the way it works. Test a few of them. Then you'll get the right answer.
I never expected to use GeneratePress based on the comments from fans of this theme, but here I am rebuilding with it. You won't know until you do the testing.
Twenty Twenty five - the official wordpress theme - is the best theme you can use, the lightest and cleanest, and use FSE & native Block editor as a site builder, you will have the best stack for any kind of site
Nicolas D I feel that it is best to stick with what WordPress core creates as it is so intertwined with WordPress. Learning about the Site Editor and using a default theme is also the route that I take. There are plans to create a new theme in the fall called Twenty Twenty Seven.
