Mat Yes, if the Fluent ecosystem had its own integrated Chat Messenger integrated with FluentCRM and other Fluent tools, it would be a very powerful tool that would close the main cycle of customer interaction.

Shahjahan Jewel I agree with Mat and Eduard Maniatovskii that it would be appropriate to have this connected to FluentCRM, FluentSupport at least, and ideally the others as well.
WP Social Ninja has a Chat Widgets feature which I have not looked closely at yet.
