Fluent Auth & security what's missing
Using the tosend service, I received an email telling me that 8% of the emails sent are bounced, in other words, that they cannot be received.
I have tested various solutions to block this kind of sending with, for example ZeroBound, but nothing does, this kind of emails continue to be sent.
It's quite painful to see that this happens with the registration form, with Turnstile more activated and functional.
Would it be possible to ensure that ToSend and Fluent auth & security work hand in hand and that in the event of an email known for spam, bounced or disposale mail, it is not sent?
This would be a big plus for everyone and above all would make it possible not to have to resort to other plugins to try to parry this kind of situation.
Use fluentsmtp, tosend is new and theyre probably doing more workarounds than if u would be using aws ses directly, this can cause bounces. In regards to security, i dont think there is any security in fluentauth anyway.
Cointacter I use FluentSMTP with ToSend. I just think it would be interesting to add the possibility of not allowing sending to certain email addresses (bounce, spam, etc.) with an upstream sorting, as proposed by ZeroBounce :)
AmarokSpirit in telling you, if u'd use aws ses instead of tosend you wouldnt have so many bounces. But anyway cleantalk solves what youre asking. But of course it isnt integrated into anything fluent. If U really want it, go to cointacted.com try the login stuff and if you like it, tell me and i'll integrate cleantalk today and you will have it. Free for now
AmarokSpirit fyi as u can see, my fcom Login/register stuff works inside fcom Spa. And i have popup instead of going to another url as an option as well.

Don't forget that this is a request for addition in fluent products in order to improve the whole. I have no desire to install a new plugin or two especially when one of the two is paid (cleantalk is not free)
AmarokSpirit depends on your goals, but for example if you will ever want your whole wp site to work as vue Spa, u will need my plugin. Everything including 404 works on Spa. Fcom itself claimed to never make it like that. No blog Posts, no fcart, nothing will ever work in fcom Spa. Cleantalk yeah is not cheap, i will have a look at zerobounce or other security solutions. Fyi my auth and login solution has many security features already now, and neither fauth nor anything f will ever have it apparently.
AmarokSpirit and most importantly, the only current solution to get some more stuff to work in fcom Spa is Ross's fca addons, where each feature is a separate plugin. Thats his architecture. 😀 Youre right about the willingness to keep less Plugins installed, thats why my stuff is all of what fca has and more but in a single plugin.
AmarokSpirit but fyi if everythings on Spa, then WP will never actually run on front end and plugins count doesn affect anything, everything works via api. Only when under fcom wrapper WP loads on front end. So the best and only addons for fcom which is FCA by Mr Ross dont have everything on spa, it has two front ends, and it has multi plugin architecture. My architecture is completely different. 😀

I just ask to have a better integration between the various plugins / solutions offered by fluent products in order to also fight against harmful email addresses. In short, stop trying to sell your products by spitting on other developers, it's just pathetic and off topic.
AmarokSpirit im giving you explanation of the current situation and market only. I aint selling anything, in fact i just explained that i already have many security details in my auth plugin, and i could have done anything else on top, and it works in fcom Spa, and i said in english im willing to add anything else on top and never asked for money. Youre asking the wrong people, fcom wont even reply to you while youre paying them money, you aint paying me anything and i was ready to do what you need on top my already existing solution which has no competition, for free. Cointacter We don't have the same vision of things in this case. It doesn't matter, for me you just forced me to use your products by spitting on another developer. I do not endorse this kind of behavior.
I prefer to ask people who develop FCom and not external devs for the moment. Like Shahjahan Jewel who can bring this kind of idea back to his teams and why not integrate it later.

AmarokSpirit the other developer has 20+ plugins for things that are in a single plugin in my case, while you emphasized that not having multiple plugins for same thing is your goal. I emphasized the big plus i have on my side, and you can choose what to use or just build it yourself. youve been here for a year and if i was u i would understand that fluent doesnt go into details of their not main products so i wouldnt have been writing such post with such a hope in the first place
AmarokSpirit have you setup the DMARC, DKIM and SPF properly for the domain name? This causes most issues.

Its not a problem with my email, just people making new account with bounced mail adresses / spam adresses and I want to stop sendng them the verification mail

David Churchill Yep :) I know that there are other solutions, but paid, and I would like everything to be within the fluent products so as not to weigh down my wordpress installation
AmarokSpirit I would create a custom registration form, something that requires user input, as it's likely most of the spam is created by bots.
