Export Logs from Fluent Forms and FluentAuth

I'm looking to occasionally export Fluent Forms entries and FluentAuth. I know Fluent Forms integrates with a lot of tools, like exporting to Google Sheets. I'm not sure where FluentAuth keeps its logs (haven't looked as I'm away at the moment).

The purpose is to preserve evidence in case of a dispute. I charge for access and recently had someone claim it was a fraudulent charge they never initiated. The evidence in the logs will make it easy to prove that was not the case.

However, preserving the logs in case something gets deleted on the server is something a user is asking me about and it seems like a good idea.
