Conditional Content Blocks Inside a Single Email Notification?

Hi there,

I’m using Fluent Forms Pro and I’ve set up a form that triggers email notifications after a user submits an order. So far, everything works great. However, I’d like to ask about a more elegant way to handle conditional content within a single email notification.

Let me explain:

Depending on what the user selects in the form (e.g., choosing between “installments” or “one-time payment”), I’d like to show or hide certain sections of text in the same email notification. For example:

  • If the user selects “installments”, a section about payment plans should appear.
  • If the user selects “one-time payment”, that section should not appear.

I’m aware that Fluent Forms allows me to create multiple email notifications and send them based on conditional logic – and that’s great. But from a workflow and maintenance perspective, I’d find it much more efficient and elegant to have just one email with conditional content blocks inside it.

So my question is:

🔹 Is there currently a way to conditionally show or hide parts of the email body based on form field values – inside a single notification email?

🔹 If not: Is this something you are planning to support in future releases?

Thanks in advance for your help – and for the great work on Fluent Forms!

Best regards,
