Can we get a space for third party plugins / addons etc for fluent products please

Be great as posts about peoples offerings that enhance fluent products are important to the ecosystem.

Shahjahan Jewel

Yes, we need one.

Shahjahan Jewel I really hate people offering me addons (privately). I'm NOT planning to buy NOTHING other than WPMNs tools.

In case I need something, for sure I'll contact them.

This is surely becoming essential now. Any reason a quick space can't be made and the posts moved into there? It feels like it's stifling actual discussion now, any time you log in the only new posts are promoting add-ons. Any questions are just followed up by add-on promotion. Some devs spamming almost every day with a new thread. I'm obviously an add-on developer but I'm also a fluent user and find it personally overwhelming so can't imagine what it's like for regular customers coming to discuss a product they've already bought and paid for.

Ross FCA agree was surprised it has taken so long to make a space - it's not a big admin task here lol Shahjahan Jewel :)

Ross FCA Look who's talking 😂 And now they come crying 😂 There are even developers hijacking other people's posts for self-promotion. We see you too 👀

I remember a time when some people had no problem posting a lot. They sure have a short memory…

Anyway, a separate space is a good idea, and clearer rules would be enough to clear things up. It'll be good for the community. That being said, there's a difference between spamming and adding value. A huge difference. No one has ever complained about a post or getting information that could actually help them. It always comes down to the original intent

Help one another, come together... it would be beneficial for the community. Arguing over who does what, when, or how is counterproductive 😉 Each of us here will make our own choice (personally, I haven't lost out by choosing Ross FCA , Dragan STAMENKOVIC , or WiLson Eberechi —I’ve made purchases from all of them...) ☮️

Claudy Scoufy I sent you the finished add-on to your DM on Mpaddi, the media, counts & notice settings is now showing permanently in FC settings after "tools". Check please. Been working tirelessly for that, I need a hug 🥺

Waiting for the new space 🤗

Scott Hopkins very good idea 👍

Wait, I just checked Dragan STAMENKOVIC add-on.

Bro made all of Ross FCA add-ons in one add-on and made all free😭😭

Now I see why Ross is mad at Dragan

Ross FCA

WiLson Eberechi I'm not mad ☺️ bit disappointed sure, he's been a long term customer and has promoted his stuff on my community and been complementary just two weeks ago. It's a shame to see him resorting to personal attacks but not mad.

Ross FCA I pray for peace between you and him.

WiLson Eberechi Wilson, it’s not the same thing at all. You just need to take a slightly closer look to realize it’s completely different—in its design, the entire ecosystem, the overall vision, and everything else. I’m not going to repeat what I already said in another post.

In any case, there’s no reason to be angry. After all, nobody has an exclusivity on anything. We’re still free to do whatever we want. FC Extensions is making its way (just like my other plugins), and user satisfaction is the only thing that matters. If other developers are frustrated to see new initiatives, unhappy with a situation they can't accept, or bothered by diversity or even competition, well, they should stop entrepreneurship right now. That's just how it works.

If they try to do the same thing, or even better, that will be great for the community. The community has everything to gain. The more free it is, the better off it will be.

Dragan STAMENKOVIC alright that's good. Let there be peace between you and him.🕊️

WiLson Eberechi oh yes all is good and peace for me 🙏
