Scroll down initial booking time?

For our bookings, we allow bookings at any time of day so the list of timeslots starts at 12:00AM, then 12:30AM, 1:00AM, etc. However, most bookings would be after 8:00AM but we don't want to prevent bookings before 8:00AM. Is there a way to have the scrollable list of available times show 8:00AM (or nearest available timeslot) upon initial load so the user doesn't have to scroll down from 12:00AM to 8:00AM? This obviously isn't a huge deal but it would be nice if possible.
