I need the phone number of my meeting attendees to show in the meeting invitation
Is there any way to get the phone number of my meeting attendees to show up in my Google Calendar meeting invitation details?
Having to log into Wordpress, dig around in Fluent Forms to get the number is too many steps. If someone is late to a meeting, I want to be able to click into the meeting info on my calendar, and see their phone number in the description.
Help please!
Is the phone number mandatory on the meeting creation form itself (whatever that is in your stack)? I think, if so, it should port over. If correct, the reverse would also be true. - - But I’m working from memory at the end of a long day. And it may also be stack dependent.
Charlotte D hi hi! I'm using Fluent Booking for the meeting booking form. Here's what the form looks like at the last step after they have selected the time they want. Most people do put a phone number in the bottom field.

Kaneisha G. Try making the phone number field you want to see in your calendar a mandatory field in FluentBooking. Do a test booking and see if it works. Let me know.
I know the perfect person to code this if that’s the only way - but we should be able to do this directly via the plugin functionality. 🤞🏼
