Hey all,
I have service industries with multiple sales people. I have my booking calendar setup as a round robin for them.
When the bookings come in it sends all of the data over to Jobber (or other CRMS)
The problem I'm having it I don't see a way to send over the Sales Person Data?
Consequently I can't put it on any particular person's Calendar.
The team told me this is not possible, which seems like it defeats the purpose of having a round robin system if you can't send the sale persons info over, but I'm wondering if there are any work arounds?
I thought about adding multiple calendars and including hidden fields in the calendars? Sounds like that would get clunky, but... might work.
I was able to add one person as the default calendar to send it to by adding a hidden field in the Fluent form container, but that's static.
Going to try and see if I can add some sort of switcher into the form that will allow them to choose which calendar and those could somehow be tagged next?
If anyone has any ideas of ways they've done this successfully I would appreciate any insight!
If I get something working good or bad I'll post back here.
If you have FlowMattic (I'm a super big fan of the product and the team because they roll out integrations and updates very quickly) then there are a lot of options for you to send details over. One of the best business decisions.
I know how to write code quite well yet it's just so much easier to use FlowMattic now for many things.
