Global Availability Date Override
Is there an option to do a global date override, namely for things like company holidays that impact all calendars? Or do we have to add to every calendar availability schedule individually?
You can set a general/main availability agenda. So there you can add specific dates (exceptions) that affect/override EVERY calendar that use that "agenda".
Jose Luis DuronΒ can you show me a wider screenshot so I can try to see where you're finding that?
Carlene JacksonΒ Main menu (top): "Availability". Then you can see the "add date exceptions" section (as my image shows).
Jose Luis DuronΒ hmmmmm..... I'm at "Availability" but I'm not seeing what you're showing me.

Carlene JacksonΒ Oh! I see... You have many schedules (and every schedule is used on many calendars)... So in this case, the option I showed you is inside of a schedule... Well. You have to "override" on every schedule (and that will affect every calendar under each schedule).
Jose Luis DuronΒ Thanks for confirming. Yes, my request is for a true global override for the entire deployment. For example, if we want to ensure no one is ever scheduled on Christmas or Eid or something.
