Features similar to Ovatu

I'm looking for a solution that would be suitable for a franchise service business. Multple locations, multiple services, multiple employees. They are currently using Ovatu.

I am thinking about using FluentBooking for this, but there will be a lot of work. Feels like trying to make it work as something that it's not intended for.

For example, if there are 10 locations, 10 services and 10 employees, I need to manually create 100+ different calendars probably.

Also the client wants to easily see revenue per each employee/service etc.

Would be so cool to use FluentCart and FluentBooking for this, but I'm afraid it's not smart. It has to be easy to manage for the client. I would need to create a custom dashboard and use REST API or admin-ajax endpoints to GET/POST data, but not sure if it's worth the effort.

Any thoughts?
