Feature request: send booking confirmations from teammember email account
When a meeting is booked, the emails are sent from the default configured emailaddress. It would be nice if we could assign the host- emailaddress to the confirmations
That would be a nice feature to include.
Having said that, the email notifications built into FluentBooking aren't sufficient for our needs so we turned them off and are using FlowMattic to send booking confirmations. This would allow using the host email address like you describe.
Obviously not ideal if you don't already have FlowMattic (or similar automation tool) but if you do, this is working well for us so far.
Thomas Oates thanks, but my clients are not that tech-savvy, they are not able to use tools like Flowmatic. They just want to be able to set up some meeting hosts and select some options
