Default email templates
Hey Team,
Would it be possible to have a set of default email templates? Each could be overwritten on a per-calendar basis, but we wouldn't need to copy/paste our styles and messaging into every single template on every single calendar.

Not a high priority ask, just a nice-to-have.

This used to be a pain in the neck for us too…
But with APIs, MCP, or AI agents, you can automate calendar management, bookings, and yes: even email drafting across the Fluent suite.
Give it a shot! Start with the repetitive tasks and build from there.
Once you’ve experienced how much manual work you can take off your plate, you won’t want to go back 😅

Or, you can also manually duplicate a calendar, and change what you want (this preserves the original templates).
Jorge de los Reyes Yeah, I use Codex, but it still seems like it would be helpful to have a global set. 🤷♀️
