Booking Packages / Credit System
Suggestion:
Please add the option to sell and manage booking packages (for example, 5-session or 10-session bundles), so that clients can purchase a package and receive credits to book multiple sessions later — until their credit balance is used up.
Why this feature matters:
- Many professionals (like vocal coaches, music teachers, yoga instructors, therapists, etc.) don’t sell single appointments — they work with recurring lessons or pre-paid session bundles.
- In these cases, clients buy a “5-Class Pass” or “10-Lesson Package” and then book individual slots flexibly over time.
- Competing platforms such as Amelia, SimplyBook.me, Bookly, Trafft, BookingPress, and Calendly Pro already offer this feature as a standard.
How it could work:

When creating an event/calendar, add a toggle:
“Allow bookings via credit packages”

Packages could be sold as WooCommerce or FluentCRM products (e.g. “5 Vocal Lessons Package”).

After purchase, the client automatically receives X booking credits in their FluentBooking account.

Each booked appointment deducts 1 credit from the balance.

Once the credits are used up, the client can no longer book until they purchase another package.

Optional: Integration with FluentCRM automations (e.g. “Send reminder when 1 credit remains”).
Nice-to-have options:
- Clients can view their remaining credits in their account dashboard.
- Option to set package expiration (e.g. “valid for 6 months”).
- Works together with other existing limits (like “1 booking per week per client”).
Impact:
This feature would make FluentBooking much more attractive for teachers, coaches, and trainers who rely on repeat sessions. It’s a key functionality in the booking market — especially for creative and educational professionals — and would greatly increase FluentBooking’s competitiveness.

We have multiple different types of coaching sessions, and they're not all equal in price. So, it would be great if you could modify the amount of credits required for each booked session.
Example:
The default "cost" for a coaching session is 1 credit, but as an admin, you can change Coaching Type A to cost 2 credits (instead of 1), while Coaching Type B is only 0.5 credits, etc.
Purchase = Add X number of credits to customer account (make account balance visible on a dashboard)
Booked = Subtract Y (Y = whatever the admin sets as the cost) credits from account
Canceled = Add Y credits back to account
Completed = Option for an automated follow-up (client review, upsell, etc)
A small addition to this: it would also be important that such a possibility of appointment packages would then also be bookable via WooCommerce, as with all single-Events. Because there are also people who run the complete check-ist via WooCommerce. That would be important that you could then link it with the product

Above all, it shouldn't be that difficult to implement. Two competitors are already working with it. With BookingPress, for example, you can select the package from a drop-down menu during the booking process when you are logged in, and it is then deducted as credit and booked.
Other systems use a voucher system where a voucher code is generated, which the customer clicks on and then has a credit balance that can be redeemed.
However, the voucher system is not ideal for people who complete the entire checkout process via WooCommerce or FluentCard, so there should also be an option for this.
