PS: If you have a minute, please consider writing a review for the team FluentBooking: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/fluent-booking/reviews/
It would be great to see a waitlist option available for group bookings, that way if someone cancels their booking, anyone on a waitlist for the event could receive and email notifying them that a spot is open, first come first serve.
I'm currently using FluentBooking on a site where users can register for a group exercise class that has just 10 spots available. Rather than show the class full and turn people away, what if they could be added to a waitlist group for that event? It would create a race condition where whatever user might see the email and snag the spot first would have the opportunity to get the booking. But I think that would be better than.
This would be similar to how some WooCommerce waitlist plugins work. If a product is out of stock, users can register to be notified when stock is replenished. But in this case, it would be spots in a group booking.
Would anyone else benefit from this kind of feature?
RIght now I can select that the attendee cannot cancel maximum 24 hours before the meeting. Its not possible for me to select 48 hours for 2 days which is that I want to do. It would me nice if I could select days, not only hours or minutes or at least be able to select more that 24 hours.
Hi Team,
Iβm having an issue where my Google calendar integration frequently disconnect and require manual re-authorization.
I suspect this might be happening when my WordPress salts are refreshed. Does Fluent Booking rely on the siteβs salts to encrypt the connection tokens?
If so, is there a way to define my Client ID and Secret in wp-config.php (similar to how FluentSMTP handles it) to prevent these disconnections?
Thanks for the help!
Hi, has anyone created the necessary CSS for FluentBooking to make it work with FluentCommunity dark mode? I started but haven't gotten very far (and no time it seems) so figured I'd ask if anyone else has done it already and would be willing to share. Shahjahan Jewel, any chance y'all have created this already?
Thanks!
My calendar is the one that I and the team most need to work with in Fluent Booking. However, when we click on Calendars, my team members' calendars are at the top.
I have to scroll waaaaaay down to see my calendar. It would be so nice if I could: reorder the calendar view so that I don't have to go through the extra step of searching for my calendar.
Is there any way to get the phone number of my meeting attendees to show up in my Google Calendar meeting invitation details?
Having to log into Wordpress, dig around in Fluent Forms to get the number is too many steps. If someone is late to a meeting, I want to be able to click into the meeting info on my calendar, and see their phone number in the description.
Help please!
Is it possible to limit the number of bookings per membership plan (e.g., 4 sessions per month)?
And possible to integrate with fluent cart?
