Hey FluentBooking Heros
i am struggeling with sending appointment details via Webhook to process them into my crm.

And now i see, that the event_status is everytime "scheduled"

In this screenshot you see under

  1. the booking_status = scheduled
  2. the booking was updated, because the create and updated time indicates that this was the time i scheduled it.

you see below that there is a rescheduled reason added. But the status is everytime the same

Webhook sends only scheduled as event

Currently, I am including two booking calendars in a section that is defined as popup. Since FluentForms can be integrated in a popup mode, I was wondering how/if the same behavior can be achieved with FluentBooking natively? Would be great to not need any extra popup mechanisms or plugins to achieve that.

If it's not available natively: (how) did you guys achieve a popup without extra plugins?

Hey guys, it looks like the last update was about few months ago. Just checking in β€” what’s happening with booking?

Is there a developer documentation for FluentBooking available? I need to integrate calendars based on calDAV, and only cal.com is able to handle those. Neither FluentBooking, nor LatePoint, nor Calendly can do that. So I wanted to give FluentBooking a go, and see if I can add an integration for calDAV.

I am really amazed about the quality of YT videos from Jerad HillΒ and I am sharing his latest Fluent Booking review so we also wont forget what is this plugin created for LOL.

Cant wait to see Jerad next review when Events (I hope) will be possible with Fluent Bookings.

Using the booking form for a short-term vacation rental property with lots of repeat customers. Can we please add a "per year" to the booking frequency? (i.e. per day, per week, per month, per year)

Booking Frequency - Once Per Year?

When I activate the FluentCRM plugin, FluentBooking breaks with the textdomain error. ChatGPT describes it like this:
This is a WordPress 6.7‑era change: WP now yells when a plugin loads translations β€œtoo early,” and many plugins were tripping it (WooCommerce, WP Rocket, others). When both FluentCRM and FluentBooking are active, something in the load order makes fluent‑booking try to load its textdomain before init, which blows up admin.

I managed to bypass it with a shim, but I hate doing things like that...

Hi is this integrated into the community? So people can see upcoming events etc

Recently, I've had several spoofed bookings, so I wonder if there is an option to add some rules (like with interactive forms). For example, I would like to see a person's LinkedIn profile if it is outside my country.

Also, with FluentForms, I'm doing real-time email validation, so invalid email addresses are not captured, and the form can't be submitted without fixing it. Unfortunately, this does not work with FluentBooking Forms.

Is there a way to configure the booking flow so that theΒ attendee selects the service first, andΒ then chooses the hostΒ based on who’s available for that service?

Right now, the system seems to require choosing the host first, which feels a bit counterintuitive... shouldn’t availability be determinedΒ afterΒ selecting the service? It would make more sense for the system to show only the hosts who are available for the selected service.

Has anyone managed to set it up this way, or is this just how the platform is designed?
