Store credit?
Hi Fluent peeps!
I have bought into the Fluent ecosystem (FluentCRM, Fluent Boards, Fluent Communities, Fluent Forms, and WP Social Ninja) and am excited for FluentCart and FluentAffiliate to come out. 🎉
I’d like to offer affiliates store credit if they refer customers to me. The customers will only need to sign up for an email list, nothing more, so I won’t be receiving money from this happening, so I don’t want to pay out money for this happening.
Instead, I’d like to give the affiliates store credit where they can use the credits to purchase promotions on my site.
Will FluentAffiliate allow in-store credit?

Store credit would be so fun to experiment with - perhaps tiers of affiliates with store credit payments being one tier. Store credit would also be a nifty add-on for Fluentcart.
Charlotte D – agreed! I am going to be purchasing both Cart and Affiliate when they come out; I am fully buying into the Fluent ecosystem. It’ll be key for me to be able to offer store credit for the affiliate part to be useful for me.
Erin Wright I've got 2 B2B brands with customers who would 💚💚💚 referral rewards but who also don't have big online audiences or a lot of experience with affiliate marketing. A store credit referral system would be a low lift win for them & me. 🤩 At least I'd love to try it!
@Charlotte Agreed: a system for "non-affiliate pro" people! If you just mention the word "affiliate," some people glaze over or don't know. But "store credit" or "rewards" or "points" and we're good.
We use a credit system to grant members coaching sessions included in their membership. Store credit linked with Fluent Booking would allow us to grant credit to be used for coaching on the Fluent ecosystem. It would be the deciding factor for a client of mine to switch to Fluent tools.
