Plugin still shows “not properly prepared for localization

I noticed that on the translation page of the plugin “FluentAffiliate – Affiliate Program Management Suite, Affiliates Manager” (locale pt_BR) it still shows the banner:

“This plugin is not properly prepared for localization. If you would like to translate this plugin, please contact the author.”

Just wanted to report this so the plugin can be properly prepared for localization.
