Nice update Shahjahan JewelΒ !
Please could you implement some features for affiliates that do not make a commission (but bring in lots of sales, giving up their commissions to their audience as an additional discount)?
We have lots of not-for-profit organisations who promote our courses as "no-commission" affiliates, and there is no way to track their sales because $0 sales aren't taken into account and there is no way to assign a "sale" when a user registers for a webinar or for one of our workshops (being able to assign a "sale" when a user lands on a confirmation page after registration for a webinar or to the website for example would be great). Often, our courses or workshops are pre-sold, so there is no sale (or money) involved when a user registers for them. Yet, if they were sent by an affiliate, it's a sale!
Most importantly, please could we have the option to sort affiliates by the amount of SALES, not by the amount of COMMISSIONS? We sell many courses through affiliates who make no money, and currently they have a zero amount in the affiliates list.
It would be also great to also be able to track sales and registrations for ourselves as well, from our own newsletter. Thanks for considering (some of) this!
1, Does migrating data from Solid Affiliate remove it from Solid's database?
2, Does this also apply to the Lifetime Customers that have been built up?
3, Obviously doesn't include individual Product Rates by Affilliate?
4, Or Custom Slugs as these aren't listed on the changelog and probably the most important for switching from an existing platform that utilises these.
I have a store ready to go which is already live and using Solid Affiliate that i cannot wait to see the back of!
I still need to be able to see at an order line level what commissions are being paid to affiliates. I'm guessing i'm still waiting for a futurew update but it'd be good for confirmation that these items are on the roadmap at this stage.
Darren Cowley, we pull only the required data for our system's operation, ensuring no data is deleted or modified in Solid Affiliate. All lifetime customer records and historical data will remain unaltered. Please note that individual product rates and custom slugs are not included in the current migration process.
Hasan MisbahΒ Thanks, when will that be in that case? As with some of the people commenting here it seems we are unable to use and therefore give any testing feedback until these features are available.
Hasan MisbahΒ Hi Hasan, two months on and Fluent Affiliate is sadly still unusable, when will it be feature equivalent and the migration from Solid Affiliate be complete?
I just tested this on staging, and noticed one issue. The payout commission is all defaulting to one default 15%, but half of my people are members and they have 30% commission. So some of my affiliats in Affiliate Manager are 15%, and some 30%, but in FluentAffiliate they are all 15%.
Nelson MillerΒ You mean the migration, right? Which one are you migrating from?
Shahjahan JewelΒ Yes sorry, I only focused on migration. I used the Affiliate Manager migration. Should I open a support ticket about it?
Nelson MillerΒ yes please. That will be easier to track. We will improve the migration for sure.
Bummer... with FluentAffilaite 1.2.0 there still is no commission on WC subscriptions. It's been marked as "coming soon" for a long time so I just thought it would be in this release. I'm going to have to ask for a refund because it's unusable for me without subscription commissions. π
Norm SashΒ based on our current plan, subscriptions based affiliate commissions may be get released next quarter. So if you need that right now, you may choose other solutions.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Glad, as I need it for subscriptions as well. Thank you.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Oh no! We have a project that's stalled out for quite some time because we want to migrate everything to the FluentCart/Affilaite ecosystem, and this is really important for us - the subscription commission. Why can't you set something like "lifetime" commission, not necessarily specifically for subscriptions and trying to track each individual sub per commerce plugin. Or at least release the feature for FluentCart subs ;)
Shahjahan JewelΒ any update onΒ subscriptions based affiliate commissions?
Just looking at time frames as this is one thing I need before my launch.
Lifetime affiliate commissions are urgently needed. Thank you
Max LenatusΒ I dont think most really care about lifetime but recurring commissions on subscriptions is a must, as this alone will keep affiliates promoting your subscription based products.
David ScurlockΒ Yes recurring commissions would also work, hopefully this is in the next update.
No update in 3 months?
