HELP
Hi, I'm Elton from Brazil. I have a sales page that redirects to the CartFlows checkout. When using the affiliate link, the checkout URL changes and FluentAffiliate does not detect the affiliate 'ref'. Because of this, I can't know which affiliate referred the new student. How can I fix this? Thank you.
Can you forward the ref into the checkout page? The forward should be handled by your redirection script. FluentAffiliate needs to know the ref ID and set the cookie. The cookie is set by the Javascript so it's getting redirectly before it's set the cookie.
