FluentAffiliate BETA is here

Here is the beta access to the FluentAffiliate Plugin. We are in the process of migrating our shop to FluentCart, and once that's done, we will launch FluentAffiliate. Our Team is working on a few more features in the meantime.

Hosted Demo with tons of Data:

We have prepared a hosted demo for you so you can test with the dummy data (WooCommerce + FluentAffiliate)

It's a very basic server hosted on xCloud with Woo installed, so you may get some latency.

Download the plugin and try it on your site:

If you want to try on your installation, please follow this:

How to install the beta:

  • Download from Github: click here to download
  • Install on your WordPress site (Staging preferred)
  • Activate the plugin
  • Go to the Dashboard -> Fluent Toolkit menu in the WordPress admin panel
  • You will see a list of all Fluent Plugins that are available as a beta
  • Install the FluentAffiliate & pro beta version of the plugins to test

Please let me know your thoughts in this thread. Would love to hear your feedback and improve.

Goddamn finally. I’m very happy this is coming out, thank you so much to the WP manage ninja team for having worked so hard on this. Believe me I have got big plans for this plugin. This + cart + booking? This could not be a more complete package.

William Beem

Thanks for including the site with demo data. That helps quite a bit.

Michael Hall

thank you so much!

Bryan William

Thanks for the update, but I'm looking for the launch video so that I will hit the buy button...

H Media

Does the beta work with SureCart yet or only with WooCommerce?

H Media Yes, works with SureCart as well.

AmarokSpirit

youhouuuu ! Time to test

Donald McGuinn

For FluentForms integration, will the ability to track form entries as a referral be something you all can do? When coming from an affiliate link of course.

Darren Cowley

TEsted on staging site, but no Affiliate Data appears for Solid Affiliate?

John Waters

yay for PMPPRO integration

John Waters

yay also for subscription renewals (coming) (would be great for diff tiers, 10% period 1, 5% period 2 etc.) period mostlikely year

Zahidul Fitri

Nice workk! but need some improvement on mobile (affiliate dashboard). Just my opinion

Zahidul Fitri

Btw the team of WP Manage Ninja is The BEST! ❤️

Zahidul Fitri thanks. We will make it better :)

Bryan William

Shahjahan Jewel Please also make it blend into the UI (user interface) of fluent community, just like you blended the course option into the community. I just want things to look uniform

Mat ‎

Reference column shows different icons so its gonna have some integrations since day one: fBooking, fForms... what else... Love at first sight.. 🥰 😉

ps. correct the typo in the ReferenceE column name LOL

Michaël KIHL

Hello 👋, tell me if I haven't noticed the option, but I'd like to know if it's possible to offer affiliate only on one product in WooCommerce or SureCart while waiting for FluentCart. I wish I could simultaneously choose which products on my site work with affiliation and not across the site.

Ceez Vision

Michaël KIHL You can can assigned everyone to be an affiliate of specific products and avoid the general one that's across the board. That's what I've seen so far in Woo Commerce at least. I'm using it for fluent form payments, which give them access to specific spaces and activities.

Michaël KIHL

Ceez Vision Thank you, I need to see this.

Hoang Hxn

Shahjahan Jewel "We are in the process of migrating our shop to FluentCart, and once that's done, we will launch FluentAffiliate." Do you have a launch timeline? I have projects to run with FluentAffiliate this August.

Beth Deyo

SAME!!

Alex Donega

take my money

jaja

David Scurlock

Alex Donega take it all, 🤣

André Salier

Shahjahan Jewel can you tell us when Fluent Card will go live?
We're waiting for that, as we don't want to implement future projects with WooCommerce.

Daniel Proctor

Is it also an addon for Fluent Community?

Marcus Wareham

Cracking stuff, looks great!
Really interested in the muilti domain capability. Just tried it out but can get the settings to dispay on the child site. Also would have to wait for some form of domain tracking so my affiliates don't have to add anything to their links. (Currently an AffiliateWP user and this functionality makes it real simple for affiliates to add links to us on their websites).
Hope this sort of stuff comes along soon so I can move away from cluncky AffiliateWP 🤞

Insta Net

Thanks and congrats on a new Ninja product #FluentAffiliate

Bryan William

Please also make it blend into the UI (user interface) of fluent community, just like you blended the course option into the community. I just want things to look uniform.

I want it to inherit the UI of fluent community

Adam Lamb

Working great for so far but tomorrow, I'm going to stress it OUT

Cuong Thach

Shahjahan Jewel Subscription Renewal is coming soon that means you are working on Woo Subscription addon?

I wonder it will work even Manual Subscription Renewal or not? I'm using manual renewal on Woo with transfer payment.

Any timeline as well?

Liam McDonald

Cuong Thach this is probably for fluentCart

Don Ninh

I installed fluent affiliate connector on my child site but I see nothing! Shahjahan Jewel

Alan Mathew

Don Ninh

Did you download it from the release page?

My guess is you downloaded from the repo directly, and not from the release direct download.

Get it from -> https://github.com/WPManageNinja/fluent-affiliate-connector/releases

Alan Mathew i followed you and it worked! thank you

Curtis Bingham

Desperately need to set % or $ for individual Woo products, and ideally for product categories (i.e. 40% for all online classes, 30% for in-person classes, and 10% for physical products).

And need to be able to set these values on a per-affiliate basis: I'm being extremely generous with a couple of affiliates who've helped me over the years; not everyone gets the same generosity.

I can't wait to give you my money for both Fluent Affiliate and Fluent Cart!!!

Jeroen Bults

I do not want to wait anymore. Every day I look whether Fluent Cart is released for early access.

Fabian Boehme

Awesome Product so far and a really good "ready to use" one.

Fabian Boehme

Will there Be a possibility in Feature or for Developers to set individual Provisions depending on the Affiliate Group for products or Category's. It would be a blast to have the WooCommerce individual Provision feature for each Group instead of having it global. Thanks.

Darren Cowley

Has anyone tested this with Breakdance, simply getting a 404 after installatiion

Darren Cowley

Can't even access setting pages....

Darren Cowley

Please add to instructions, refresh permalinks after install...

Darren Cowley that is the same with community, in particular if you change the permalink from whatever the default is (ie: changing "/portal" to "/courses")

Erin Wright

I had my assistant install FluentAffiliate on my other website, FullHeartsRomance.com, and she gave me feedback to pass along to y’all. Here it goes:

What worked:

Once the plug-in was installed, it was easy to get the form set up and then embed it onto a page on the website.
I was able to easily register myself as an affiliate using the form, and then easily approve my account on the back-end

What didn't work:

I set the compensation in Settings as “fixed” rather than “percentage,” but it still showed up as a percentage after I signed up as an affiliate
“Fixed” and “percentage” were, additionally, the only options. I am sure that's what most people will probably want, but what we need is an option to generate a coupon code for affiliates so that they can get discounts on our site, rather than paid compensation

Additionally, I saw no option in settings to attach affiliate compensation to opt-ins, which led me to believe they are only currently available for sales. However, I did see “opt-ins” on the demo account, so hopefully that will be available?

Alternatively it may be currently available, but not intuitive as to how one sets it up.

Let me know if you need any clarification on any of this in terms of what we’re needing FluentAffiliate to do. We’re also happy to do a Zoom call with you, where we talk through what we’re needing so you can ask questions, etc.

Thank you!

Erin

Would you have integration with FluentCart?

Stanislav Novokhatko yes. We are using it for last 2 days in our live store!

Is there any documentation yet about this? It would be helpful to have sections explained a little more thoroughly as we go through the settings. The Affiliate Area is really the Affiliate Registration that will be added if you just click the Add+ but it isn't intuitive because 'Area' could mean just about anything. What is an Affiliate Group?

Also, can I set up direct with Stripe (I can't see the way to do that just now) or PayPal? Will Fluent Cart support Fluent Affiliate or will I need to use Paymattic? I do not want to use WooCommerce for anything.

Luke Cavanagh

Will there be any import options for FluentAffiliate for importing in affiliates?

Nick Fitters

Is it possible somehow to show "pending" referrals in the frontend portal for affiliates?

Beth Deyo

Questions:

  1. Any idea what the cost of this will be when it's released?
  2. Any guess when the release date might be?
  3. Will this work with MemberPress?

AmarokSpirit

The plugin already has a good base, but it lacks a few things to be almost perfect:

- prize pool to spend in the shop on certain pre-selected products rather than a Paypal payment
- voucher to be spent in the shop on certain pre-selected products

Not everyone has a paypal account, having other solutions is important

John Waters

I dont know if I have asked this before, (I looked for a search function within spaces and posts, but couldnt see one), but affiliate payments on trailing or subscriptions, maybe on a custom rate table (eg, each period, up to n, a tailorable % of original gross payment). Big ask I know, but thought Id put it up in case a programmer decided they couldn't sleep and needed something to do :)

Hi, I bought the license, a couple of questions:

  1. when will the translation be available, we need them in Chinese.

  2. I don't see referral area under account setting in woocommerce. Have I forgotten to set up anything there? unlike fluent support, I don't need to set up anything and it is there right under account setting which is very convenient.

  3. Do you plan to have store credits rather than money payout Thank you

Update: I found where to turn on account under woo.

Just to report, email notification setting still have problems. After updating to our own custom content, and saved, it still roll back to preset content.

Nick Fitters

Instantly bought a license. A little bit disappointed that the plugin doesn't work on a Multi-site installation... Hope this will be addedd soon, else I'd like to request a refund.

Nick Fitters Just released version 1.0.1 with Mult-site supports

Nick Fitters

Shahjahan Jewel Thank you, however the update doesn't fix the problems I have unfortunately. Settings still are not saved. For example: changing the currency to Euro and saving this show a success message. After refreshing the currency is back to Dollars.

Nidzam

Hi Shahjahan Jewel, I placed the shortcode [fluent_affiliate_portal] onto a new page, and the login/registration form displays as expected.

However, I couldn't register or log in from that form.

Tried both on your demo site and my own staging site.

In the registration settings, i can't update anything. Having this error returned "No route was found matching the URL and request method."

Am I missing something?🤔

Nidzam, please use the latest version from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/fluent-affiliate/

Saajz Azura

Shahjahan Jewel FYI the login problem still exists in latest version - I reported it today #137802 - and support said there was a fix coming

Saajz Azura We are going to release a new version in 1-2 hours

Nidzam please try with version 1.0.1

Nidzam

Thank you Shahjahan Jewel, yes I'm on 1.0.1 now. Its working well. However, the idea of an existing user having to re-register themselves to be an affiliate seems to be counterintuitive. These additional step adds unnecessary friction to the entire process. Is there an option to automatically add existing users to the affiliate role?

Nidzam

Just updated to the latest plugin. The registration works now. Thank you!

Sean

Will this be part of the pro version of FluentCart?

William Beem

Sean I tend to doubt it. Imagine the backlash if people bought this as a standalone, fully expecting it to integrate with FluentCart, and then purchased FluentCart and discovered they didn't need to buy this as a stand-alone product.

It works with WooCommerce and other services, so there's a benefit to releasing it as its own tool. That won't diminish its ability to work with FluentCart, either. I just don't expect it to be a freebie with the Pro version of FluentCart.

That said, I don't work for WP Manage Ninja and have no inside knowledge beyond what they share here.

Sean

William Beem SureCart has it all in one now. The space is getting competitive. With WP Manage Ninja requiriing 2 plugins for every product, it's getting a little out of control. I would rather pay more and reduce the amount of plugins on my site. Adding it to a Pro version is a reasonable ask, as other companies already offer it with their core solution.

Jeff Mapes

William Beem It sounds like you are saying people already own faffiliate, or are you just projecting that they will be able to buy faffiliate before they will be able to buy fcart? I for one would like to at minimum see a bundle option.

William Beem

Jeff Fluent Affiliate and FluentCart appear to be separate products that integrate with each other. FluentAffiliate isn't limited to working with FluentCart, though. It also works with WooCommerce, SureCart, Fluent Forms, EDD, some learning plugins, and other tools.

I recall that Jewel mentioned a while back that there was a hope to deliver them at the same time, but I think now we're going to see different sales dates.

Sean

Jeff I would like one plugin, just like the competitors offer. The small remaining group of people that still need a standalone plugin can buy it. WP Manage Ninja has a ton of plugins on my sites, I would like to limit anymore unnecessary add-ons.

Sean

William Beem No one from SureCart is going to buy it, WooCommerce customers are moving to more modern carts. I think it's better to make a solid competitor that can compete in the market versus trying to add more upsells.

Saajz Azura

Sean I bought it to use with surecart :) cause their affiliate system is not as developed as I want

Sean

Saajz Azura The majority of people are not going to pay extra for something that already comes with an e-ecomerce platform. I'm sure SureCart will develop over time to copy any feature FA launches.

William Beem

Sean Affiliate marketing, in general, increases income by 6-20% for businesses. Perhaps the majority of people are willing to miss out on a product that pays for itself and then generates additional income...but the smart ones will take advantage of it, and not wait for something else to come along. That's leaving money on the table.

Sean

William Beem AF does not work across the board, it depends on the knowledge of the person using it and the offer. If you read my comment, I asked the developers, if it would come with the Pro version of FC.

You jumped in with your thoughts, so I responded. " I would rather pay more and reduce the amount of plugins on my site". Giving feedback to the developers, on what their customers want, so they can take it into consideration.

This has also opened up others to add their thoughts about wanting the same. You wanting it now for personal reasons, does not change my ask to the developers.

William Beem

Sean You seem a bit on edge about this.

I don't care if you buy it or not. I don't care if you ask questions of the developers or not. You're free to do as you please and say what you wish to say.

So am I. If I decide to jump in and say something, I will.

Why do you seem to think that your right to discussion supersedes my right to do the same thing?

Likewise, others get to say what they want. That's how discussion communities typically work.

Sean

William Beem I never complained about your opinion, I just responded with my thoughts. You seem a little on edge with my feedback.

You wanted to jump in with statistics on affiliate marketing, so I shared my thoughts, clarifying that I'm not giving feedback on the product, just asking about if it will come with the pro version of FC, so I don't have to add more plugins to my websites.

William Beem

Sean Whatever.

Jeff Mapes

I also would love to see more options to have full solutions instead of piece meal solutions. We need one big beautiful plugin!

Getting error on changing options, creating groups.
