FluentAffiliate 1.7.0 is out: PayPal Payouts and a commission holding period
FluentAffiliate 1.7.0 is live, and it’s all about paying your affiliates.
- PayPal Payouts (Pro): pay every affiliate in a payout at once. Statuses update from PayPal, so no more marking each one paid by hand.
- Commission holding period: new referrals wait a few days before payout, so you don’t pay for orders that get refunded. Affiliates see an “On hold until” date in their portal. Set it to 0 to keep paying right away.
- PayPal Payouts file (free): export a file and upload it to PayPal for manual payouts.
- Moving from Affiliate Manager? Your banners and creatives now come over too.
Plus more accurate FluentCart commissions, security hardening, and admin polish.

Took about 3 minutes to hook up, test, and connect live.
This was top of my wishlist.
Saves me from my least favourite chore.
Is 'ask for payout' and custom payout , like for one specific affilliate/amount on the roadmap?
Natascha Vantuykom You can already pay one affiliate. Go to Payouts > Pay Affiliates and select only that affiliate. The payout pays all the unpaid referrals of that affiliate.
To pay a specific amount, add a manual referral with that amount on the Referrals page. Then pay the affiliate as usual.
A "request payout" button for affiliates is not available now. We added your request to our feature request list. Thank you!
