Awesome updates!
Most excellent !
Awesome update! Following this update, we have also updated the FlowMattic integration for FluentAffiliate to let you automatically create the creatives on the go - https://flowmattic.com/integration/fluent-affiliate/
😍
This is great... for creatives using the TEXT option... it doesn't make sense that the text field is just 1 line... e.g. I can't add paragraphs of text in there for the affiliate to use in their email promos :)
also for this type of creative the URL being generated doesn't make sense :)
Shahjahan Jewel Hope to add translation support for FluentAffiliate - Connector and Added: Missing Translation Strings
Shahjahan Jewel great work and thanks also for the small thing, improving the functioning of the reference code with dashes.
Shahjahan Jewel would it make sense to have a "don't show"-option for the Download-Button? Let's say i want most of my users to not download the graphic, but just use the HTML-Code. I know, the graphic url can be seen in the code but since most affiliates are not that tech-savvy, it may be a simple solution for me to make them use the embed code
Shahjahan Jewel Great update indeed! I never used the creatives option in AffiliateWP, but the way you've implemented this in FluentAffiliates is great and I've immediately started using it.
I've reported quite a few issues/limitations in ticket #139329, especially for those who want to track free products, be able to track referrals from their own newsletter, and have affiliates with a 0% commission like ourselves.
One of the suggestions is to add the missing "campaign" option that was present in AffiliateWP and allows us to track the performance of different campaigns for the same affiliate (including ourselves). And, once that's done, to allow us to automatically create affiliate links for ourselves in our newsletters (by entering our own affiliate reference in the FluentCRM settings), including when using the FluentCRM Posts block, as we can enter a campaign name already in each newsletter setting.
This would allow us to track each sale back to the newsletter that led to it, which would be extremely useful. Currently, we can only track links that we create manually outside of the Posts block, which obviously limited.
I know that this is similar to something that @David Risley suggested in his review of FluentAffiliates, so I'm sure there are more users who are interested in tracking 0% referrals or providing non-monetary compensations to affiliates (in our case, an additional 20% discount for their audience instead of a commission).
At the moment, FluentAffiliate is really geared towards paid affiliates, but we have many not-for-profit organisations that are promoting our products (by giving their audience a larger discount, passing their commission entirely to them). So we're making sales thanks to super affiliates (they often have huge lists) that get 0% commission :) It would be great if FluentAffiliates could take that use into account, especially regarding reporting. Thanks for considering this!
