Anybody got MultiDomain working?
OK, I went ahead and purchased fluentaffiliate, and it does not track sales on my 2nd site. It is installed on mikemurphys.com/partners (no woocommerce) and I connected it to digionly.com which uses WooCommerce. I made a purchase through stripe using the test connection, and it shows no referral for the purchase. It does show the traffic visits, but not the purchases. There is no option to connect woocommerce to the plugin on digionly.com. It only shows it is connected.
So what do I do to get it to track referrals? I see WPManageNinja products all revert to the same cart on wpmanageninja.com/checkout, Do I need to have WooCommerce and my products on the same site as the affiliate site and use it as a centralized checkout site? Any ideas?

You don’t need multiple licenses. FluentAffiliate’s Multi-Domain Management is designed so that you only run the full plugin on your main (parent) site, and then you can connect your other domains (child sites) from there.
On your child site's dashboard, you need to install the FluentConnect Addon. This lightweight plugin is designed specifically to create a secure bridge between your child site and your main FluentAffiliate dashboard. Yes, I have done that. I already have it connected on the child site, but it does not track any sales/referrals from there to the main site, only shows the clicks but not sales. There is no instructions on if you need a payment gateway plugin installed on either site, nor any way to do it on the child site anyways.

As mentioned in the doc (see link in the above comment), did you install the FluentConnect addon on the 2nd site?
As mentioned above, the sites are connected with the FluentConnect plugin and it does record visits BUT not sales/referals. I'm not sure how it could record a sale without some kind of token on the Woocommerce thank you page to communicate with the plugin.

Ha Ha. That happens. I'll do some more testing today or maybe tomorrow. Just waiting to hear back from their support. It could be my setup, who knows. I'm kind of waiting to see fluentcart so I can maybe get rid of woocommerce.

David Scurlock looks like it. It is a full wordpress cart solution, so it should replace woocommerce.

Gee Adriaansz I am really suspicious on what all products can do that are not even born yet and to say that I will replace Woocommerce is a bit premature at the moment.
David Scurlock there is also SureCart and probably a few others that can do the same job as Woocommerce, and without having to pay for all the addons.
FluentAffiliate needs to be installed on the site with WooCommerce, otherwise it won't have a way to connect a referal to the purchase. The connector allows you to have recieve traffic on your other sites and when they head over to the site with WooCommerce & FluentAffiliate installed, it will know where the refferal came from.
That's exactly how I thought it had to work, but the support kept telling me I didn't need a payment gateway on the main site. But they apologized this morning and replied with pretty much exactly what you said. Thanks for the comment.
