I need to assign a very generous rate for a category of products to a specific affiliate. I have a handful of people helping me launch my online courses. I need to offer them 40% commission on these courses. But I cannot afford to offer them 40% off all other products in the Woo store.

I see that you can setup an affiliate with a rate across all products (default, %, flat, or group).

And I see that I can establish a standard rate by product or category.

Is it possible to add the same code selecting product / category to the individual affiliate? Or group?

This is quite important because allowing lifetime 40% commissions for all products to these affiliates will bankrupt me.

When I did my pre-release review video for FluentAffiliate, I gave the idea of having a non-monetary tracking system for referrals. The idea was for something like newsletter referrals, where I'd like to track referrals into the list, then offer them gifts/bonuses when they hit certain referral thresholds. There wouldn't be any monetary commissions, in this case.

I hope this can be added. Between this and some triggers in FluentCRM to fulfill gifts when thresholds are met, this would be an incredible selling point. Lot of the SaaS options for newsletter referral systems are so incredibly expensive.

• Update of use case

Some platforms allow the affiliate to see which are the emails of the customers who bought with their link.

This is because for example on influencer marketing campaigns, the affiliate usually grants bonuses to the people who used their link.

So that’s one of the uses.

I think that a checkbox for selecting if the user can or can not see the emails will be super handy for this kind of campaigns.

In fact, I see two elements more here:

(1) Some affiliates only work with this kind of conditions: so will not accept to use fluent affiliate. That happened to us several times, with influencers that, if they can not see the email, will “impose” other platforms. It’s also a way of lead generation for them.

(2) As a workaround some people propose for this kind of cases in which the platform does not allow to see the emails, that the customer sends a proof like copy of the receipt or a screenshot. But that is more complicated to regulate in terms of data privacy, than just regulating that the emails may or not be revealed and or in some cases shared with the affiliate companies.

So in conclusion. Being able to see the email is something very important in some affiliate campaigns. Specially the big ones in which creators and influencers offer bonuses. And it’s also a feature in many platforms. Could this be actually possible Shahjahan Jewel?

If not, I am 100% sure many of our clients are not going to use Fluent Affiliate. Even I am also 100% sure they it’s much better than the platforms they actually use 🫣

Not being able to have “Joint Venture Partnership” feature. This is, coproduction, is also a thing. But maybe this is something to propose more for FluentCart.

I have few products on SureCart that I don't want to have any affiliates and some of them I want to have higher rate.

Can we block the affiliate commissions if they made a self purchase or Is it already implemented?

I am not really sure how far you are into the fluent affiliate build. I already have 2 affiliate plugins that have been around for years, however, they do not support dokan multi vendor. How about dokan integration? Thanks
