What happened to the checkbox screen?
What happened to the checkbox screen? Used to be able to select multiple tickets (spam) and DELETE. Now seems we have to go into each ticket to delete! This is extremely time consuming and a waste of time.
There's a weird extra step required. Top right of the list you should have a More Action button. Click that, you can then click Show Bulk.
Completely weird way of doing it!
I believe this may be a conspiracy between WPMN and the hardware manufacturers to force us to make more clicks, wearing out our mice quicker, and increasing replacement sales 😉
