Translate of emails
I have the free version of fluent support. Is it possible to translate the email templates? My language mostly used is spanish and when I create a ticket for my clients, they receive an email in english which I cant translate with loco translate. Is there a way to change those?
Hey Roberto. You can change this under the agent settings. It’s a bit hidden tbh… but go to settings, and look for your business > agents settings. There you will find the email templates, which you can write as you like 😄

AS W Hey! You find those emails under “Inbox” > your company profile (or profiles) > Settings > Email Settings.
I had requested an HTML email editor and they said that it was coming next (still waiting). That would be great for better customization of the email layout in any language
