ticket search returns "No Results Found" when there are results.
Searched for first name, last name and email - all tickets selected, but no results. Had to use Advanced Filter with email and i get the 3 tickets.... why does search not work!?
When you do the main search it search on the tickets, not the customer table.
The tickets contain the first & last name as well as the email... any tickets containing these values should appear... especially the email associated with the ticket.
... so WHAT data does it actually search?
As per the Docs.. i even tried "content: Frank" as his name is in the ticket content, and still got NO RESULTS?
