Ticket Number
Hi i use fluent support basically for my email tickets and i dont want ticket number in the email title how can i remove it? And if i want to add custom ticket prefix/suffix is it possible to do so?
We use the ticket number to find out the main ticket when someone replies to the ticket via email. Which is required.

This is similar to my request, which was to be able to modify the ticket title programmatically when submitted via email so clients can more easily identify tickets.
