Redirect Back to All Tickets on public ticket view

I walked through the details with ChaptGPT to discover a solution to redirect the user viewing public view tickets when the link "Back to All Tickets" is clicked. When it is clicked, by default the list goes blank and there is a button to submit a ticket (that doesnt submit anything). So, hiding this backlink makes sense to avoid user confusion.

Testing this out, but so far it seems to work well! Right now the portal is set to /support-portal which was the default on installing the plugin.
