Plugin update required, but no update available.
As shown in the screenshots, I have a notif in Support that there is an update available, however the plugins area doesn't show it.
I did notice that the ver numbers are slightly different. 1.10.4 for Pro and 1.10.0 for the free.
try downloading new version from website and install it manually.
The latest version of FluentSupport (free and pro) is 1.10.4 https://wordpress.org/plugins/fluent-support/
It should show the update.
