Introducing FluentSupport 2.2.0 - Packed with Features
Just pushed Fluent Support 2.2.0. Probably one of the most feature-dense releases we've shipped in a while. Quick rundown.
Internal Notifications
You now get a notification bell right in the Fluent Support admin header. No more babysitting your inbox to see what's happening on your tickets. Ticket assignments, customer replies, automation runs, @mentions on notes, all show up in the bell with an unread count.
Public Ticket Numbers
This one a lot of you asked for. Set a starting number and an optional prefix like SUP-, and every new ticket gets a clean readable number. So SUP-1000, SUP-1001, and so on.
FluentBooking Integration
If you use FluentBooking on the same site, you can now schedule meetings straight from a ticket reply. Click "Call a Meeting" in the reply toolbar, pick your event type, choose dates, select time slots, hit insert. The slots and booking link drop into your reply, and a meeting tracker shows up in the ticket sidebar.
Disabled by default. Turn it on from Global Settings.
FluentCommunity Portal
For those running FluentCommunity, you can now embed the Fluent Support customer portal natively inside your community at the /support/ path. Same FC layout, sidebar, dark mode. Customers stay in one place. Just pick FluentCommunity Portal in the new unified portal destination setting.
Other fixes worth mentioning
- Pasted inline images in replies now persist properly (fixes the 2.1.x reload bug)
- Inter font no longer leaks into the wider WordPress admin
- Dark mode toggles, radios, and table controls are now visible
- Four new render filters for devs who want to modify ticket and response content

Let me know what you think, especially on the notifications and custom ticket numbers.
PS: Special thanks to Manoj SharmaΒ for pushing me hard for the custom ticket numbers for the public.
really happy you have added the render filters they finish my custom pipe flow perfectly hopefully wonβt be my last PR
YESSSS - the FluentCommunity Portal addition is massive!!!! this for fluentcart next? so people can see their invoices?
damnnnn really excited about this one :)
Shahjahan JewelΒ Thank you, great additions! Please add support for posting as another agent. We sole owners often don't want to reply to tickets as ourselves, so we need to log into a different account, reply, and log back into our own account. It would be great for admins only to be able to "reply as" as the user we have assigned the ticket to. It would also be great to be able to close a ticket as another agent. Thank you for considering this!
I don't see the settings appear when I'm in FluentKit and when I go from the normal wordpress dashboard, a display anomaly is there, making the various menus illegible
How to integrate the /support/ to my community? I have downloaded the free version of FluentSupport and added /support/ to my website (exnilingo.com) and I get a Page not found error page... Thank you!
Anne-Sophie WΒ You have to go to the extension settings, in the basic settings, you should have the possibility to choose where you want to see the support (normal page, fluentcart or fluentcommunity). Look at the second capture I put above, no need to add a /support/ manually
AmarokSpiritΒ I will look into it! Thank you. I appreciate it!
I found it. Thank you very much again!
I really loooooov the FluentCommunity Portal. It's so amazing.
I wish you can implement same for fluent Affiliate, and Fluent Cart
Bryan WilliamΒ that would be Nice
Amazing stuff.. love it!!!!
