Incoming Webhook - Passing Product ID
Webhook's work really well but you can't create a ticket and set it's product ID. The workaround is a workflow but seems like an odd omission for the hooks.
Thanks again for the feedback. I’ll pass this to the team as a feature improvement request so they can consider supporting product_id directly in webhook-created tickets. Thanks.
