FluentSupport/MainWP Integration
So I use MainWP as my management tool and I was finding I was going back and forth multiple times between fluent and mainwp - so I wrote a plugin for mainwp which pulls in the support tickets (title & link) into mainwp and using a custom field I have it linking to the sites in mainwp
This still needs some work as I have a bunch of coding style things to clean up - also I am a single person agency so I am a single agent - I do not have filtering by agent on this first release.
I'm also seeing if Fluent (or MainWP) want to take this on as official plugin vs me as a 3rd party.

It would be more helpful for the community and likely the team if your able to upload it to a video service and share a link here. That way we can add various feedback into this thread.
We'd definitely like to take a look at the video! While I can't say for sure if we'll take this on as an official plugin, I think we'd definitely like to promote it if the solution is valuable for a significant number of people.
Also I agree with @paaljoachim. Sharing at least the front-end could land you couple of real user feedback from this community.

All of the ticket interactions are done in Fluent - I'm just displaying them in MainWP
One more thing....
I am in contact with a few different maintenance services. It would be great to see a use case and how it works and if it is very helpful then one can find ways to extend it.
Paal Joachim Romdahl So the use case behind this that I'm logged into to both systems pretty much all day - I wanted a quick way that when a ticket comes in I can log into the site and be read to work on the ticket and just save some time going back and forth - just trying to work more efficiently
Other than my coding standards fixes the other issue is how to "auto assign" a website so that the mapping works - that maybe something I need to right a script for but one thing at a time
