Shahjahan JewelΒ Still having the same problem with closing tickets. It doesn't close after clicking on β€œClose ticket.” I have to reload the page before I can see that the ticket is actually closed.Β

Shahjahan Jewel

JΓ©jΓ© immobilierΒ We tried to recreate the issue. Would you please do a hard reload and see if the JS cache got brust.

I'd like to know who decided dark mode was needed feature. Did you do any research? I despise dark mode and have demanded refunds from app that have only dark mode.

Shahjahan Jewel

William H. GouldΒ did you use the plugin? Dark mode is just for them who prefers it. Nobody is actually forcing to use dark mode. You can just don't switch to dark mode if you don't like it.

Kevin Heinrichs

William H. GouldΒ I prefer apps with dark mode and have this everywhere activated, that makes my eyes happy and less tired ;)

William H. Gould

Kevin HeinrichsΒ Obviously our eyes are tuned differently so we'll agree to disagree. The dark screen hurts my eyes and I can only stand it for a few minutes before I need to close it. Some apps are coming out lately with no choice, dark screen or nothing, and those are the ones I object to.

Nicolas D

William H. GouldΒ I agree, we hate Dark mode too and it hurts my eyes too, but i think it's good that users have the choice (light mode being default mode) so nice move from Fluent team :)

Kevin Heinrichs

Thanks for the fast fixes, works very well and perfect for me now =)

Shahjahan JewelΒ : There are still missing translation strings. For example, the '+ Create Ticket' button remains untranslated, as do the hours, days, and months. This is quite an essential feature. I have to repeat myself (unfortunately), but the front-end 'such as /#/ticket/create' should be fully translatable across all your extensions.

A few feature requests

  1. Offload attachments to S3 compatable supplier
  2. SureCart Integration to see orders, purcahases and product keys and allow support customers to submit their support requests
  3. Allow us to pick the thread direction when responding to the ticket, newest at top or bottom (people like different things)
  4. Backup and Migrate tickets / attachments I would like to be able to export tickets older than say a certain date to a zip for archiving but be able to pull them back up if someone references them and I need to confirm what is in them

Camilo Barrett

Is there anything in fluent support that allow an agent to know if their ticket is open or read?

Claudy Scoufy

Camilo BarrettΒ No, as far as I know, there’s nothing for that. It just shows 'Active', but that doesn't tell you if an agent has actually replied, so you're forced to open the ticket to check. I've already brought this up, but there’s been no follow-up. I'm using a tag as a workaround for now, but it's really not practical either.

Camilo Barrett

Claudy ScoufyΒ ok. Thank you. It would be nice to have that feature.
