FluentCommunity Shortcodes in FluentSupport?
I have this idea that I only want members of my community to access the support area. The typical message to unregistered users is to ask they login and give them this shortcode:
[fluent_support_auth]
Would it work to send them to my FluentCommunity shortcode for either login or registration or something from FluentAuth?
I'll play with some ideas, but I didn't know if the shortcodes worked across plugin products.
The shortcodes don't work across products. Each products shortcodes are noted in the documentation. I'd like to understand your use case better so it can be implemented with the main FluentCommunity team working on the integration with FS.
Rasel Siddiqe The use case is to have all customer facing services within the FluentCommunity environment - sidebar and top menu. I don't want to send them out of this to another page for Support or Fluent Boards, and then have to redirect them back into the community.
I know that some of the ideas were to use a Fluent theme, or find another way to show WordPress pages inside of the community. I can likely work with any approach, as long as my home page is not inside the community. I use that for a landing/sales page for folks to register. In that case, I don't want someone who hasn't registered to have a view into the community area.
So my home page and my registration page still need to be exterior to the community, but service pages like Fluent Support and FluentBoards Roadmaps would be internal to the community.
