FluentBoards or FluentSupport for my use case?

Hi, I am not sure which one of them would solve my use case best.

I have a website where members can submit varied requests via a form on the front end. Some requests can be: to offer to generate/author content, to requests an interview/podcast, to request an article be written about their business, and many more options. So what I need is a tool to organize/categorize/prioritize all of those requests, to allow for approval (or not), to dispatch/assign the work, to track the status/completion, etc
