Fluent forms Use Case Scenario
I’m new to the Fluent ecosystem and currently using the Voxel theme for my real estate directory website. I want to allow agents to receive lead submissions from users—similar to how Zillow sends inquiries to listing agents.
My plan is to use Fluent Forms for the lead submission form on each listing. Before moving forward, I want to confirm a few things:
- If a user submits a Fluent Form on a listing, can the submission be automatically sent to that specific listing’s agent (post author)?
- Is it possible for agents to view the submitted lead details—such as name, email, phone number, and message—directly in their frontend dashboard (agent account area)?
- Can agents also receive email or app notifications when a new lead is submitted?
- If this is not supported by default, can this be achieved using Fluent Forms + Voxel + Ninja tables ?
I want to create a Zillow-style setup where each agent can easily view and manage all leads submitted for their own listings.
