Assign time spent
I wish I could assign an amount of time it took to address an issue so I can easily run a report to determine how much to bill a client.

I use timecamp.com for tracking time I spent on various customer projects.
I have not used FluentSupport much yet. I have though tested out FluentBoards a little bit.

I think you can allready do that, but I don't know if this is the integration with boards or native with support
