YouTube videos load in low quality
Can you add a video resolution picker or force 720p quality as minimum by default?
YouTube videos do not load higher quality properly and are pixelated. This makes hard to watch them.
Hi Marek , there's no setting that forces YouTube videos to a low resolution. YouTube automatically selects the quality based on the connection, browser, player size, and the video’s available resolution. The current embed API also doesn’t reliably support forcing or locking 720p.
FluentPlayer currently provides quality controls for HLS and Vimeo, but not YouTube. I’ll note this as a feature request and pass it to the team.
