Problem with FluentPlayer

Help!

When I upload a Vimeo video to FluentPlayer on the admin side, it shows nicely loading and everything works smoothly. I save it (in this example a lesson, but it also applies to pages) and go to preview as a user and... The Player disappears, as if it wasn’t there.Β

I don’t know what’s wrong – but it doesn’t work at all. I have the correct Vimeo embed settings.Β

I’ll add that adding a video directly from Vimeo / YouTube works without any problems, the video is visible on the frontend. With FluentPlayer... it completely disappears...

after adding the video, saving the page, can you reload the the page where you want to see the video show uo, might be caching issue.

Nishat ShahriyarΒ I'll repeat - with every other video it works perfectly, everything appears immediately. Besides, it's the same in incognito mode. So no - this is not a cache error.

Michal PaczulaΒ so its just not working in this specific page?

Nishat Shahriyar

Michal PaczulaΒ that's odd. Can you open a support ticket here, share this post link and they will try to recreate this issue and see what's happening.

Add a category to FluentPlayer support. I had to choose "Other"

Michal PaczulaΒ no worries, they will look into it

Nishat Shahriyar it turned out that the problem is with the MU-plugin ( https://dev.fluentcommunity.co/deployment/performance-optimization ). I'm sharing this because it might be useful to someone. By the way, Shahjahan Jewel it would be worth updating this code with the new products from the Fluent family :)
