How does the AD Layer work?
is there a chance we can have a link in the ad? or how is this layer supposed to work? e.g. should the viewer just watch the ad without being able to do anything and then resume the video?
The ad layer plays a video or image, pauses the main video while it runs, and shows a countdown bar. When the ad ends, the main video auto-resumes. You can optionally enable a skip button (after a set number of seconds).
Can we have a link in the ad?
Not yet — the ad media isn't clickable right now (no link field or click handler). If you need clickable ads today, you can use the CTA / Action Bar layer instead, which already supports a button with a link. Making the image ad itself linkable is planned for a future update.
