Hide the video URL
Is there any way to hide the actual video URL in the source code?
Not sure what you want to achieve but the video URL will be on the source otherwise, how the browser will know from where to render the video?

Could the URL be stored in a different way or encrypted?
Iain Kerr No. That's not how the web works. Also I would not be worried about someone get the link and download it. Even netflix can't prevent piracy.
Shahjahan Jewel I know you can get screen recorders and special software to rip streaming services. Just feel like I have left the front door open for someone to walk in and steal from me.
Maybe I need some kind of encrypted streaming.
Solved my issue - Using Publit.io - restricted playback by domain. So if someone has the URL it won't play.
I give in on the screen recording like everyone else.
