Integration Issue: How to reuse Fboard templates with each FForm submission.

This is my podcast prospecting pipeline
New prospect entered via FForm → Info added as new task on FBoard.

I have a template created on FBoard with subtasks for the entire workflow.

Challenge: New tasks are created but doesn't automatically use the template. I have to manually add subtasks to each new guest card added to FBoard. (Time consuming & not sustainable)

Where I need help: How to set this up so each new guest submission uses the saved template with subtasks.
