Google Drive / Dropbox Integration for FluentForms

We just released a very useful addon for FluentForms to make your uploaded files easier to manage. You can now offload your uploads directly to Google Drive  or Dropbox. This addon is absolutely free with all the features you need to connect your forms with Google Drive or Dropbox.

You can enable Cloud Storage for selected forms or all forms and it will offload all the uploads automatically where you can easily manage your files.

💡 Here’s what Cloud Storage Manager brings you:
✅ Google Drive and Dropbox Integration
✅ Files neatly organized and safely stored in the cloud
✅ Faster and optimized integration.

Please try the plugin and let me know your feedback.

PS: We also have a premium version of this addon which includes Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2 and built-in File manager within Fluent Form’s UI.

We also develop custom addons for any Fluent Plugins, if you want any custom features (complex/simple), we can help you with the developments. Please feel free to DM me. I have worked with several members of this community with 100% satisfaction.

Thank you for making Google Drive and Dropbox available in the free version, and I wish you all the best.

PS: Mahmudul Haque is an amazing developer, and I recommend him for any custom development requests.

Thank you, Mahmudul Haque Thank you. Please, would you be open to doing the same for Microsoft please, as this is a very large ecosystem with lots of post-fluentforms possibilities? Thank you in advance.

Mahmudul Haque

Hey Tobi Akiode Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really appreciate it, and I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future developments.

That is just what I needed for a client of mine 😄 thank you Mahmudul Haque

Debbie Q

This worked really well! I just activated and installed the free version of the Cloud Storage Manager for Fluent Forms and connected it to my Dropbox account.

Using Fluent Forms, I created a Website Design Client Intake Form. I'm using the connection to my Dropbox account to collect client brand assets—brand photos, logo files, etc.— via the 'upload file' field in Fluent Forms.

All form upload submissions automagically land in the single Dropbox folder created during the Dropbox App setup. How do I dynamically create subfolders using form data (like form title, submission ID, site name, etc.)? Will I need to upgrade to the Pro version?

Mahmudul Haque

Hello Debbie Q
Thank you for using Cloud Storage Manager.
To use this feature, you will need to upgrade to the Pro version. We also introduced form-specific sub-folder creation and conditional folder setup in our latest release. You can check the release post for more details:

Mahmudul Haque, i'm having issues with generating access codes. I keep getting this message when trying to connect:

"This app hasn’t been verified by Google. Because this app is requesting some access to your Google Account, you should continue only if you know and trust this app developer. Learn more

You can let the app developer (my email was here) know that they need to submit a request to have this app verified by Google. Otherwise, some of this app’s access to your data may be lost.

How can i fix this?

Mahmudul Haque

Vanessa Mbamarah I believe we discussed this issue through our support portal and your concern has been resolved 👍
Let me know if you need anything else.
