Gated Content Question (Pay to View Blog Series)

Hi guys, has anyone used fluentforms for pay-walled content on their blog? I can't seem to find any examples online of how it looks, and if you have the option to control how much of of the gated blog post you can display to the public as a preview.

I'm hoping there's an option to set a control like "show first 300 words" of the blog post. Has anyone used it successfully, or are you using other plugins for this feature for now?

Right now you can do this with Fluent Forms. You can show the first 300 words then sale the pdf with payment form using Fluent Forms Payment.

How Fluent Forms handles simple "Gated Content" (Lead Magnet): For simpler lead generation (e.g., exchanging an email for an eBook or PDF), Fluent Forms provides the following methods after form submission:

  • Confirmation Page Redirect: Users are sent to a thank-you page that contains the content or download link.
  • Confirmation Message/Shortcode: The content/link appears dynamically on the same page using the form's confirmation settings.
  • Email Notification: The content/link is sent to the user's provided email address.

None of these methods involve selectively showing a partial blog post.

Sam Robinson I created a couple of videos on building a membership site using Fluent Forms free and Bricks. You should be able to easily use alternative tools to Bricks; it's more about controlling content access.
