Forms import/export needs love
I encountered some friction moving forms from one site to another. Exporting and importing the forms did NOT carry over any of the Integration module settings, nor did it activate the Quiz module. So the forms when imported did not work, and required careful cross-checking and testing. I had assumed export/import would produce a functioning form. That was not the case here.
That should not be the case; for some integration, it might not work, but for most, it works. and the form settings also.
Forms import/export works the way you describe; it might be another issue here. Can you open a support ticket so our support can dig more into this?

happened to me as well....im porting over from GravityForms, and nothing came through. I have to rebuild from scratch.
