Fluent Forms sending days & times

I set up an email sequence with 5 emails. I set the 1st one to go out 2 days after the start. I also set each subsequent emails to go out 4 days, 5 days, etc and all between 8a & 9a ET

After I wrote all the emails I put in my subscribers.

This was on Saturday. On SUnday the 1st email went out but it was only 1 day not 2 days after I entered the subscribers.

Today I got the 3rd email but at 3:30 - 4 a ET instead of 8a. My servers and WP are set to -5 UTC (Louisville, KY)

Why did the first one go out a day early and why did todays email go out a3a instead of 8??
