Fluent Forms needs Fluent CRM?
Can I built forms without Fluent CRM as plugin?
So that if someone submits a form, I will get an email with all that is submitted?

You can build any form and set up Email Notifications so every submission is sent to your email and stored in your WordPress site. FluentCRM is only needed if you want extra marketing features like running email campains.
